Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

It's a weekend staple. I use it for a carb up day. I hate cottage cheese, but you would never know it's in there. They taste as good as any wheat flour waffle.
Delicious, totally healthy and easy. They look and smell like regular waffles. I freeze the batch then toast them in the morning. Great source of protein. The only thing I did was put the ingredients in the blender before cooking to make a smooth batter.
