Ingredients

2 cups uncooked brown basmati rice
    4 cups nonfat milk
    1 cinnamon stick
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Place all ingredients in rice cooker and follow manufacturers directions. When finished cooking remove cinnamon stick and serve with addition cinnamon sprinkled on top. You could also mix in some non-calorie sweetener but I find cinnamon to be sweet enough for me. Makes a great afternoon snack or breakfast treat.

Due to the name, I'm assuming you add raisins too. Could you share how much you use. Much thanks. - 3/7/09
