Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1.50 cup
Peanut Butter, smooth style, 0.75 cup

Check the Ingredients Details before using Nutrition Information. There is 1 cup on recipe and 0.75 used to figure Nutrition Information. 0.25 cup peanut butter has a lot of calories and fat that were not counted!!

'Doh! Thanks for that. I changed the nutritionals and so now everything works out. 1/4 cup of this stuff is ALOT, so I usually just use a tablespoon on my toast for half the calories.

    Very Good
I tried it with sweet potatoes since that was what I had on hand. Fantastic! Can't wait to try it with pumpkin...this went well on a whole wheat bagel. - 3/5/09
