Ingredients

    2 bread slices(your preference)
    1tbsn of PB
    1/4 a cup chopped apples
    1/2 cup banana mashed

Directions

Makes one Sandwich:
*Can toast your bread
*Mash banana
*Chop apples
*mix apples and bananas
*Spread PB on one slice of Bread
*Spread Banana and apples on the other

Cut in 4 peice to snack on or halfs to eat.

    We've replaced fruit for jam n and off for a while now.

    The kids favotite is a 'banana butter dog' 1 wheat hot dog bun, spread with peanut butter, insert one banana. If they are large bananas, you could cut in half lengthwise.
