These were fantastic. I did use a whole cup of berries as that's what I had on hand. I added about 1/2 tsp cinnamon to the dry mix and sweetened the yogurt with stevia liquid extract in stead of the splenda. I will be making these again as I've saved them to my meal plan. - 10/20/09

These were very good right out of the oven. However, the next morning they were mushy and gross. Half of them ended up in the trash. - 6/26/10

Sooo good! I had to substitute a few ingredients for things I did not have on hand - Dannon Light & Fit vanilla yogurt for the plain yogurt, and 1/2 cup sugar for the Splenda. I also decided to use whole wheat flour to add some fiber, as well as some cinnamon & sugar on top. AMAZING!!! - 6/21/09

Amazing! So yummy! I didn't have Splenda so used regular sugar. I also already had the Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla yogurt, so I used that instead. It up'ed the calories to 121, but SO very worth it! - 7/17/11

These were excellent, low calorie and had great taste, I'm not a big fan of artificial sweetener but I didn't mind it at all in the recipe. Would def make again! - 6/3/09

Oh my! Not sure what I did wrong when I see so many good reviews. The only difference I made from the recipe was subbing out GF flour for the white flour. This was terrible - the inside was so chewy. Not at all the consistency I was hoping for here. - 12/16/16

I used blueberry 100 calorie Greek yogurt. I also made them into mini muffins. That way I could have more than one. Just decrease the time to 8-10 min. - 6/19/13

Excellent treat! I made the following changes based on other people's comments, and the muffins were excellent.
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 cup blueberries
2/3 cup Dannon Light & Fit vanilla yogurt
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
I can't say how well they keep as my family devoured the whole batch!

I've never cooked with Splenda before...do you actually use the 3/4c or do you convert it to the their standards of how much to use cause it's a sweetner? plz advise...thanks!!! - 6/4/11

Just made these with a dash of cinnamon and they taste great! But I lost a lot of the muffin on the wrapper...I am assuming I should have just made them in the pan? I will try that next time... - 7/29/10

Loved these, wish they lasted longer with two teen boys in the house. Maybe I'll hide them next time!
Agree they're a little more cakelike in texture than a traditional muffin, but hey, they taste great!

These were good but slightly spongy. I substituted whole wheat flour for 1/2 the flour it called for. Also, I used 1/2 c. real sugar instead of Splenda. I would probably make these again. - 7/27/09

This has replaced my old favorite recipe! The family gobbled them up, I was lucky to get some! I thought they were perfect sized for portion control, equaling one grain serving for my plan. I did add an extra 1/4 cup of blueberries though. - 6/29/09

amazing wow they were so delicious
i made a few changes. i added a few rasins which gave it a light sweetness since i used half a cup of sugar instead of splenda and added some bananas in it along with the blueberries.

Very good muffins. Kids have eaten most of them. I did not have yogurt and used low fat sour cream and added 1 tsp of vanilla and they turned out great. The sour cream added a tiny bit more fat to them. Very moist and not like the rock hard low fat muffins I know. - 6/21/09

This recipe was very tasty. They truely passed the test when my truely picky boyfriend raved about them and ate 3 as soon as they came out of the oven, and he usually despises my low-cal meals! - 6/18/09

Oh WOW, so good! I'll have to redo the nutrition information for mine though, since I made some changes. I don't have splenda so I used 1/2 cup of regular sugar, and also used Yoplait French Vanilla yogurt instead. OMG delicious!! - 6/14/09

It just passed the husband test, and that's definitely a good thing. Great recipe, but after assembling the recipe, i realized it was way too little to fill 12 muffin cups. I then doubled the recipe, and it filled the muffin cups perfectly. I also added some cinnamon and vanilla. - 6/7/09
