Ingredients
-
1 pkg taco seasoning
4 (4oz) chicken breasts
1 cup salsa
1/4 cup non-fat sour cream
Directions
Put chicken & taco seasonig in plastic bag, shake and coat well. Place in sprayed casserole dish and bake 30 minutes in a 375 degree oven. Top with salsa about 5 minutes before done. then top with sour cream.

I made this last night and I will be making this again. It was a welcome change to my chicken breast dinner routine. It was well flavored and moist. I am concerned about the recipe's amount of sodium , but I'll just adjust my sodium intake for the rest of the day to take that into account. - 4/15/09

Delicious! We left ours in for about 40 minutes, as we like it a little crispier. Afterward, we cut up the chicken, threw it on our plate with lettuce, tomato, black beans, rice, olives, scallions, onions and hot peppers and it was WONDERFUL. Very filling, even my roommates not on a diet loved it! - 4/27/10
