Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I cannot have the high sodium taco seasoning packet, so used cominos, chili ancho`, and garlic, chili powder. Tasted better.
Love the simplicity in making this...I used low sodium taco seasoning and added a couple of tablespoons of shredded cheddar as soon as it came out of the oven. Good flavor and went well over a mix of black beans, black eye peas, chopped red pepper and onions.
This recipe was easy and very tasty! I used low-fat cheese instead of sour cream.
This was the perfect dish. So quick and easy to prepare and sooo good! I added a little low fat cheese on top which really gave it a kick.
I didn't have taco seasoning so I used chile seasoning. It was excellent. Only thing is, I think the calorie count is off. 4 oz. of chicken is more than 20 calories. Just so everybody can double check the numbers if they care.
This was amazing. So simple and quick. I served it on top of a bed of white rice and sprinkled a little fat free cheddar on top. Cant wait to make this again. TYTYTY
This was delicious...tasted just like the name of the dish...Mexican Chicken Breasts. I refigured the counts for my tracking. We did not have no-fat sour cream...had low-fat. It was delicious and juicy. A keeper!
It was really really juicy and flavourable. I used low sodium taco seasoning, and it tasted really good. And it was really filling.
Amazing! My husband doesn't like chicken but raved about how much flavor this has. I topped with low fat cheese for a little extra Mexican flair. Highly recommend.
How wonderful to find something that the whole family enjoyed and I could track in my nutrition chart!
This recipe is excellent, and my husband and I have had it with both regular and reduced sodium taco seasoning. It was delicious either way. We enjoyed it so much, we had it a second time within a week!
We all loved it!!!! I'm going to look for a low sodium packet of seasoning since my hubby is picky. Also, the seasoning is missing from the detailed ingredients so the calorie count is off.
Really great. I also added a little fat free cheddar cheese :)
soo excited to try this! Sounds almost too good to be true, alittle taste of mexican food for only 120 calories? I say count me in!
I made this today in the crockpot. I used a jar (instead of a cup) of Cilantro and Green Olive Salsa, and added a can of sliced black olives, a can of diced green chilies, and I used my own homemade taco seasoning (way less sodium!). When finished, I shredded the chicken. It was wonderful!
This was really good - I cooked it on the grill and served with corn on the cob (plain) and salad w/low fat ranch. Family loved it too!
