Introduction

This recipe is too good to be true... Much flavor and soooo easy to make! This recipe is too good to be true... Much flavor and soooo easy to make!

Ingredients

    1 pkg taco seasoning
    4 (4oz) chicken breasts
    1 cup salsa
    1/4 cup non-fat sour cream

Directions

Put chicken & taco seasonig in plastic bag, shake and coat well. Place in sprayed casserole dish and bake 30 minutes in a 375 degree oven. Top with salsa about 5 minutes before done. then top with sour cream.
Makes 4 servings

    This was super easy and super good, especially with a serving of black beans (1/2 cup adds 110 calories & 1g fat, but 6g of fiber and 7g of protein). - 4/3/09

    I made this tonight and the smell alone was almost too much for my family. They were hovering around the kitchen waiting for it! I served it on a bed of lettuce, tomatoes and diced onion and turned it into a chicken taco salad kinda thing. Gosh... FANTASTIC recipe!! - 4/27/09

    On the ingredients for the recipe calculator, you didn't put in the taco seasoning. I think your calories are not correct. - 4/8/09

    I love this recipe. I've been making it for several years, but I do it in the crockpot. Leftovers are really good shredded up for chicken tacos. - 4/7/09

    Love this recipe! I serve it with the Black Beans, Corn, and Salsa "Salad," a tortilla, and a cup of shredded romaine lettuce. Very filling! - 4/30/09
