Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This recipe has lots of fiber and protein. I will definitely try it and rate after I do.
I used a high protein tortilla instead.
Looks wonderful, but I think that I would substitute fat free sour cream or plain fat free greek yogurt for the low fat sour cream. I will probably use romaine lettuce or spinach in place of the lettuce. Such an easy recipe and so versatile. Thanks for sharing.
Sounds like a great, fast lunch to me! I've made this both ways with low fat sour cream and with yogurt. Both ways are good.
I changed this up a little with a fat free sour cream, and a wrap that only has 80 calories. It was good! My version had 246 calories... I didn't analyze the other nutrients completely, but they should be similar to the original recipe.
Also, I mixed red and yellow curry.
I would use fat free YOGURT instead. And it would also be awesome as a salad -- with some barley or wholewheat pasta instead of the tortilla.
I'm not normally a wrap lover but the curry makes it tasty. I used Dannon non fat plain yogurt, but next time I think I'll used low fat sour cream. Yum. Even my hubby said it was good. Thanks much for the recipe.
I added bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, peas and carrots to mine. Feels more authentic and subbed the low fat yogurt. Delicious.
The curry was way too overpowering. There wasn't much flavor except for bitterness. It really needed some salt and maybe some other flavor enhancements.
