Ingredients

    1 grapefruit
    Packet of splenda(optional)
    Cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 F.
Cut grapefruit in half through the middle. With a serrated knife, loosen the segments, being carful not to cut through the peel. Place the halves, side by side, with the sections pacing up, on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon and/or splenda. Bake for 20 minutes, or until warmed through and starting to brown on top. Transfer to serving plates. Let stand for about 5 minutes to cool slightly before serving.

Maybe my grapefruit wasn't sweet enough. Or maybe I shouldn't have used stevia. In either case, it just wasn't soooo great. Next time I'd use more sweetener. Two packets instead of one. - 4/2/11
