Ingredients
l cup margarine
l l/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups organic whole wheat flour
l teaspoon baking soda
l teaspoon salt
1 cup oats
l l/4 cups Red River Cereal
l/2 cup raisins
l/2 cup sunflower seeds
Directions
Roll into ping pong sized balls, and place on a greased cookie sheet. Flatten dough balls with your finger tips. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes.

We use Becel margarine to make these cookies with 100% pure olive oil. There is no trans fat and it is non-hydrogenated. We like to add about 3/4 cup of chocolate chips to this recipe, with chopped walnuts and chopped dried fruit. You can really have a LOT of fun with this recipe! :) It's AMAZING!!! - 6/9/10
