We use Becel margarine to make these cookies with 100% pure olive oil. There is no trans fat and it is non-hydrogenated. We like to add about 3/4 cup of chocolate chips to this recipe, with chopped walnuts and chopped dried fruit. You can really have a LOT of fun with this recipe! :) It's AMAZING!!!
