Ingredients

    1 boneless skinless chicken breast cut into half.

    1TBSP Rosemary (Dried)

    Pam Cooking Spray

Directions

Cut chicken breast in half. Using a meat tenderizer thingie, pound the chicken until it is about 1/2 inch thick. Spray skillet with Pam. Cook chicken for about 15 minutes on medium high heat, flipping it halfway through. Make sure thoroughly cooked. Makes 2 servings. Goes great with asparagus or a spinach side salad.

    I read this recipe over three times and I don't see where the rosemary us added in the directions. - 4/8/09

    I'm sorry = ) I guess I got a little excited about putting the recipe up here = ) Add the Rosemary to the chicken before you put the chicken in the skillet. I hope that you get a chance to try this recipe. It is YUMMY!!!
