Ingredients

    2 medium sweet potatoes
    3 cloves garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
    3 tsp. EVOO
    1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Peel and slice 2 sweet potatoes into fry size pieces. Then toss them with the olive oil, salt, dried rosemary, and minced garlic. Make sure to coat very well.

Spread in a single layer on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes on each side. Makes approx. 4 servings.
