Ingredients

    1 1/2lb chicken breast
    1 tsp garlic powder
    3/4 tsp onion powder
    1 cup nonfat catalina salad dressing
    1 (1.1 oz) packet dry onion soup mix
    1 (10oz) jar apricot preserves

Directions

1. Place chicken breasts in slow cooker; sprinkle with garlic and onion powder. Combine salad dressing, soup mix, and preserves in small bowl and mix well. Pour over chicken. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

    So Gooood!! I will deff make it again!! i had some left overs the next morning, and so I put some onions in the pan, and threw the chicken breasts in and when they got soft i shredded them with a fork and added some black beans in.. and you have instant chicken tacos!!! So good!!! way to go! - 5/30/09

    I made this before but it was called Russian Chicken Wings. I made it with Chicken wings, not breasts. When you put it in the oven, it falls off the bone. It is a delicious combination. - 4/20/09

    Oh so easy. My 3 year old didn't like it but the rest of us sure did! I put frozen chicken breasts in and did 4 hours on high and they came off great! I will definately make again! - 6/10/09
