Ingredients

    Atlantic salmon can be bought frozen abd individually packed and thawed in water for a few minutes. (Costco sells a Kirkland brand for example)
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1 tbsp sesame seeds

Directions

Preheat oven to 450' . Drizzle sesame oil over thawed salmon fillet, rubbing to coat using fingers. Cover thickly with all sesame seeds. Place on cookie sheet and put in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Serve immediately. Serves one.

    It was easy. I cooked it at a lower temp for a longer time because I was also roasting veggies and if I make it again I'll make sure to use a hotter oven. Was just so so. - 6/3/11

    Very Good
    Very good; my husband hates eating healthy (meaning anything that's not breaded and/or deep fried) but he gobbled it down. We both agreed that next time we might use a light teriyaki marinade on the fish prior to putting on the seeds to give it a bit more pizazz, but in general great! - 9/14/09
