Introduction

Tastes pretty close to ice cream sandwich Tastes pretty close to ice cream sandwich
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

Honey Maid Low Fat Honey Graham Crackers - 2 full sheets (or 4 small rectangles)

Cool Whip, chocolate - 2 tablespoons

(you can also try other flavors, strawberry is pretty good but chocolate really takes care of those cravings)

Directions

Break graham cracker in half and spread CoolWhip over one piece. Place the other piece on top, careful not to push it down or you will lose the CoolWhip out the sides. Repeat for other full sheet cracker. Place in freezer for a couple of hours or overnight.

I like making just one "sandwich" at a time to avoid eating too many but you can make as many as you like. This recipe and nutritional info is actually for two sandwiches.

    Incredible!
as mentioned by others this is addicting; used both graham crackers; the chocolate is the best; even used Nabisco chocolate wafers; they are smaller, but a little less in calories. love chocolate ice cream; this is great! - 7/1/11

Love them...i made them and packaged in freezer in packages of 2 sandwiches in a zip lock baggie.IT's true that if you make too many, you may be tempted to eat more than 2 sandwiches (I'm guilty of this :-) - 12/21/09

We loved these! This was a great recipe to curb the urge to eat ice cream! But like someone else said - only make 2 at a time otherwise you will eat them all! I made the chocolate grahams with FF Cool Whip. - 10/9/07

These are the best - I used chocolate graham crackers with Fat Free Cool whip. They tase just like ice cream sandwiches but I like better as the crackers don't get soggy. - 6/14/07
