Ingredients

    1 (8 ounce) package PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese, softened
    1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3/4 cup chopped red peppers
    1 (3.5 ounce) package ATHENOS Crumbled Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
    1 tablespoon sliced pitted ripe olives

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix Neufchatel cheese, artichokes, Parmesan cheese and garlic until well blended.

Spread into 3-cup ovenproof serving dish; top with peppers and feta cheese.

Bake 20 minutes; top with olives.

Serve with the Pita Thins or Whole Grain Crackers
Yield: 24 servings
