Introduction

Ingredients

    1 T. Olive Oil
    1 small onion chopped
    coarse salt & Pepper to taste
    2 C. Button Mushrooms sliced
    3 Oz.. Leftover grilled lean steak chopped
    2 C. Sauerkraut
    12 Pierogi (I use Mrs. T's potato & cheddar)

Directions

1. Spray a cooking sheet with cooking spray like Pam. put the pieogies on sheet and spray tops.
put in a 400 degree oven set timer for 9 minutes.
turn over and cook another 9 minutes.
2. In a large skillet heat oil over medium. Add Onions with salt and pepper. stir occasionally, until onions start to soften. 4-5 minutes. Add sliced mushrooms and chopped steak now. cook util mushrooms are browned 8-10 minutes. Add sauerkraut, and cook until warmed through.
Serve pierogi over sauerkraut and mushroom beef mixture.
