    Very Good
Good recipe. I seared chicken on both sides and put aside. Then I cooked the mushrooms, added marsala and beef stock and cooked down to dark gravy. Put chicken under broiler with asparagus and mozzarella until bubbly and served with reduced stock/mushrooms...wow!!! - 7/23/10

what could be substituted for wine? I'm thinking chicken stock and maybe some grape juice to avoid the alcohol. - 5/21/09

When using wine while cooking within only a few minutes the alcohol cooks out of the wine. I live in Italy and they use wine here in most dishes but there is no alcohol left once ready to be served, just great flavor!

This was fantastic! Added some rosemary as well to the chicken. My family of picky eaters went crazy with it. Made it with steamed mixed veggies and a big salad. Will absolutely make it again! - 5/15/09
