I have a similar recipe, but rather than using flour and olive oil I add 1tsp light soy sauce and 1tsp lemon grass paste per a person and 1tsp ginger powder overall, and then steam. It makes a really tasty Japanese style burger. - 5/15/09

    Bad
I used canned salmon for the first time and didn't care for it. I am not sure if that is why I didn't care for the recipe. I did add the lemon grass, soy, ginger and a little salt and pepper and there was still no taste. I cooked it in a grill pan. What did I do wrong? - 6/2/09
