Ingredients

    1 tsp Sugar In The Raw
    .5 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened,
    1 cup Milk, Fat Free, Skim,

Directions

1. mix the cocoa powder and sugar in a microwable mug, with enough hot water to make a paste.

2. add the milk and stir. Make sure that the mug is large enough to accommodate the expanding milk, or put less milk in the mug, and add the rest later.

3. microwave on high for 1 minute or more, and stir again.

    I make this recipe in the pot instead of microwave, and it gives me my hot chocolate fix for much fewer calories than dunkin donuts or packaged hot chocolate mixes. - 6/17/09

    Very Good
    I have found that adding a hint of peppermint or vanilla gives it an amazing boost of flavor (my opinion) - 8/24/09
