Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 cups old-fashioned oats
    1 Tbs. whipped butter
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    1 Tbs. sugar-free syrup
    1 Tbs. canola or other flavorless oil
    1 dash salt

Directions

Combine melted butter, oil, syrup, and salt in a medium boil. Stir in oats and walnuts until combined. Pour mixture over a greased baking sheet. Bake at 300F for 20 minutes. Stir and continue baking for 10 minutes.

Makes 10 1/4 cup servings.

    Instead of walnuts i used natural cruncy peanut butter and it was delicious, this is a great recipe. Definetly will do it again! - 6/23/09
