Yummy, quick and nutritious! Yummy, quick and nutritious!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Apple (1 Med)
    Oats (1/3 Cup)
    Margarine (1tsp)
    Brown Sugar (1 tsp)
    Cinnamon (1/2 Tsp or to taste)

Directions

Peel and slice apple and put in small baking dish
sprinkle cinnamon over apples
Melt margarine and pour over oats and brown sugar and mix together.

Pour oats mixture over apples and press down to pack.

Bake 25 min at 350

**note - the nutritional info is calculated for 2 servings but its still not that bad for just one :)

    I made this the other night and really enjoyed it- the only thing was that I had to do a bit of guesswork when it came to the ingredient amounts but it was great. - 6/13/09

    This recipe is totally worth it for only 114 calories per serving. When I eat other desserts with a similar amount of calories I'm always left wanting more. This recipe will leave you feeling satisfied. - 8/10/17
