    Good
Here is what I did. I chopped up one apple, pear and banana each. Put those in the blender then added 2 handfuls of baby spinach and half head lettuce, 2 stalks celery chopped. Added 1/4 bunch cilantro and parsley and the juice of one lime (or peeled lime). Divide for 3 meals and drink up!! - 3/2/12

    Very Good
This recipe is from the Green Goddess Smoothie site....you just take all the ingredients and blend! The detox, according to her site, is that you detoxify your liver. I didn't want to sign-up for the free 3-day trial, but the details are claimed to be revealed there. - 7/30/10

how much of what are we supposed to use? - 8/10/09

The amounts are listed in the ingredients. You can vary them as needed or by what's on hand. I've used two apples when I haven't had a pear. But I think it tastes better with both. I've added more cilantro and parsley when I need to use those up. It's up to you.
