Try this with crab (imitation is easiest) sticks like the sushi restaurants do. Just "shred" the crab and mix with a tiny bit of fat free mayo. You can add a little diced onion and cuke to the mix.. sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and... DEEE LISH!! Yummy! (sort of like the crab delight version) - 7/16/08

I made this only about an hour ago and I have to say it was delicious!

I made it for one so I used only a teaspoon of sundried tomato and basil tuna (ONLY 10 CALORIES), half a teaspoon of philly, onion and carrot. it was surprisingly filling and absolutely delicious. I would make it again!

Yummy! I also add light cream cheese to part of it, and add salt seasonings to the tuna mix. I sprinkle with a dash of seasoning salt also. - 8/25/11

I thinly chopped onion and celery and added it in, then curled the carrot for on top, Sprinkled with ground whole peppercorns. So easy and fancy. I will serve at my next party. Need large cucumber to hold it all in. I want to try Grilled Salmon or even boiled egg whites and some Dijon. Fantastic! - 3/22/07

I LOVED these! Easy to make and very tasty. Just need to be careful not to scoop too much center out or you'll push the stuffing through the bottom. - 3/14/07
