Ingredients

    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoes (remove)
    Buitoni Fettucine, 3 serving (remove)
    Basil, 6 leaves (remove)
    Garlic, 4 clove (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Jumbo shrimp, 2.01 serving (remove) about 10 shrimp
    Cooking white wine 1/4 cup if desired

Directions

start by slicing garlic cloves very thinly lengthwise sautee until golden brown with olive oil add fresh ground black pepper if desired. If you want some cooking white wine add some I do. Let reduce and add tomatoes let tomatoes get all soft and warm add basil . If you want you can add some cooked shrimp to this add just to heat and toss with cooked pasta. Top with Grated Parmeasan cheese and more black pepper if desired. Add a salad and you have a great meal enjoy!

    My husband and I really enjoyed this. Some changes I made, because of what I had on hand was I used angel hair pasta, added capers, and used roma tomatos. I loved the fresh basil too. It was a good and quick meal- thanks! - 7/8/09
