Number of Servings: 8
Ingredients
-
2lbs Ground turkey (I choose Jennie-O extra lean)
1-pkg Stove Top Stuffing Mix (I choose the herb blend)
1 Large Egg
1/2c. Water, tap
1/4c. Ketchup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all the ingredients, but omit 1/8c. Ketchup.
Form into a loaf and place in a glass baking dish (make sure there is enough room around edges). Glaze top with remaining ketchup.
Bake 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Inside should be 165+ degrees before serving.

My family loved this! I will NEVER make another meatloaf with ground beef again. I made a few substitutions for this because I only had Italian seasoned bread crumbs and no Stove Top Stuffing. I used 2/3 cups of bread crumbs and also added about a 1/4 up of diced onion. It came out so tender! - 1/5/14

This was the first recipe I used from this web site and it's amazing! My whole family loved it. I loved the idea to use stuffing, very original, at least I've never heard of it before.
