Ingredients

One ounce fresh mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 tablespoon freshly chopped basil
1 Plum (or Roma) tomato sliced
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Directions
Slice tomato. Slice fresh mozzarella cheese and place on top of tomato slices. Chop basil and sprinkle on top of cheese. Mix olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and pour over tomato slices. Chill until ready to eat.
