A Italian Talapia dish A Italian Talapia dish
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Marinara sauce - 1/2 cup
    Talapia fillets 2 - 4 oz
    Kraft Mozzarella -Finely shedded Part Skim cheese - 1/4 cup
    A little grated Parmasan cheese * optional

Directions

Spray a baking dish with cooking spray
Place the fillets in the dish
Spoon the marinara sauce on and around the fish
Top with the chesses

Bake at 350 - for 20 minutes
Makes 2 fillet servings

    This was terrific! I needed something quick with few ingredients, and this fit the bill. Tasted fantastic and was so easy! I steamed some broccoli and carrots to go with. :) I will definitely make again! - 2/28/10

    I make my own marinara sauce. It has more chunky tomatoe pieces as I do not use tomaoe paste which is in most canned product. Fresh herbs and you have a great tasting sauce for vegetables and main course, being chicken, fish etc.. This dih was great! - 12/8/09
