This is so yummy! You can heat it up w/ some shredded cheese if you like on a whole wheat tortilla or have it chilled with chips, or top on a burger!! This is so yummy! Ingredients

2 avocados, pitted, peeled and chopped apx 1/4 squares
1 can (14.5oz) Italian diced tomatoes, drained (actually like to keep some of the juice)
1 can (14.5oz) Chickpeas, drained
1 can black beans, drained
Red onion (to taste)
Minced garlic (to taste)
Lime juice (to taste)
Cilantro (to taste)
Cumin (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
*may also add a can of corn also(Nutrition Fact Panel does not reflect)
Directions
Mix all ingredients and serve!
