Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    12 baked potatoes
    2 tbsp extra light olive oil
    1 tbsp onion powder
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    2 tsp chili powder

Directions

Scrub potatoes and cut lengthwise into 6 "wedges".
Place in ziplock bag. Add oil to bag. Shake to evenly coat all of the wedges.
Add the powders. You can use more chili powder or pepper if you like more spice.
Shake again to distribute the powders evenly on all sides of wedges.
Spread potatoes in a single layer onto a baking sheet.
Bake at 350 for a half hour or until tender. (If you like a them crispy, turn half way through and finish under the broiler.) Reheat in microwave or oven.

    I substituted 1/2 tsp of paprika for 1/2 tsp of the chili powder - am still in search of the perfect jo-jo's taste - these are the closest I have found so far! Thanks for sharing! - 10/18/08
