Very good, although I almost think you could get away with even less salt. - 7/10/08

I loved this! I can't wait to share it with my boyfriend. I definitely agree with everyone about the salt. In fact, next time I try it I probably won't add any. - 2/16/10

I have sea bass in my freezer now so I'll try this soon. I'll not use any salt, though. Fish is always salty enough for me. - 10/2/09

This recipe was so good. It was so simple too. I will agree with others about the salt. I am a salt freak and I thought it was a bit salty. Definitely cut the salt in half. Thanks so much for sharing this simple but oh so yummy way of preparing Sea Bass. :-) - 2/1/09

This is a fabulous recipe. In fact, we ate this twice in one week. The first time, I used less than a teaspoon of salt. The second time, I did the recipe per the instructions 2 teaspoons of salt. I definitely liked the entree better with the reduced salt. - 8/17/08

This was so good. I followed the recipe but did use 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning, a pinch of cayenne and left out the salt and pepper and used white wine. It was superb!! - 3/6/21

Amazing recipe. Simple and delicious. I made it with 1 1\2 tsp kosher salt and white wine. I overdid the fresh
    parsley.

This was a fabulous recipe! I needed a quick recipe for Chilean Sea Bass and we all added this to the "make again" list. I think the salt should be cut down by 75%, it overwhelmed the natural buttery flavor of the fish. We will be using this recipe for years to come!

Too much pepper for me, and I'm a pepper lover. I felt it masked the other flavors in the dish. Other than that, nice flexible recipe. As others suggested, I also used half the salt. - 8/7/11

I am going to try this, but I am curious if the sodium is a mistake. Seems too high for what is in this dish. - 3/22/11

This was the first time I've had Sea Bass. This recipe was excellent. Very easy to make, I served asparagus parmesan, mushroom ristotto. The flavors fantastic together. Enjoy a glass of white wine with the Sea Bass - 2/22/11

I made this fish as a special dinner for my in-laws. WOW!! were they impressed. Absolutely fabulous. I used 1/2 the salt and could still have used less. Otherwise - this was awesome and easy too! Thanks! - 12/18/10

I made this for dinner and loved it. I used the vinegar and cracked black pepper and I think the flavours might be a little strong for my kids (who had chicken tonight) so I might back off on those two ingredients if I made it for them, but for me perfections. I'll see how it fars as 4 lunch tom. - 11/26/07
