Ingredients

    Whole Wheat Flour, 3 cup
Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Salt, 1 tsp
Blue Bonnet Light Margarine, 2 tbsp

Directions

sift flour and salt into a large mixing bowl. Add water and mix into a soft dough. Knead on a lightly floured surface for 3-4 minutes until smooth. Place in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with lightly oiled plastic wrap, and leave rest for 1 hour.
Turn dough out on to a lightly floured surface. Divide dough into 6 pieces and shape each into a ball. Press out into a larger round with your hand. Cover with lightly oiled clear film and let rest about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Place 3 baking sheets in the oven to heat. Roll the rotis into 6 inch rounds with a rolling pin. Place 2 rotis on each baking sheet, and bake for 8-10 minutes. Brush with melted margarine and serve warm.
