Ingredients

1- Pillsbury Reduced Sugar Devils Food Cake mix
3- Eggs (for cake mix)
1/2 cup Olive Oil (for cake mix)
1.25 cups water (for cake mix)
2- 1.4oz pkgs. of : Jello Sugar Free/Fat Free Chocolate Fudge pudding. (Prepared with 2 cups of fat free milk.)
1/2 pkg. HEATH English Toffee Bits (Bits'O Brickle)
1 Container of Cool Whip Free
1 cup Kahlua Optional and CALORIES ESTIMATED 1 oz.= 100 calories in recipe
Directions
Prepare cake with 3 eggs, 1and 1/4 cups water, 1/2 cup olive oil as directed on box. Bake in 13x9 pan. IF USING KAHLUA when cooled punch holes in cake with end of wooden spoon handle, then drizzle the 1 cup of KAHLUA over cake and let cake set. You will crumble the cake later.
Prepare instant pudding with 2 cups of milk.
Assemble one layer at a time. Crumbled cake pieces, pudding, candy, Cool Whip, and repeat. I got 3 layers from my bowl pictured. Ending with candy bits on top.
Serves 16 generous 1 cup servings.
Helpful Hints: I baked the cake, and on the cooled cake put the Kahlua on the cake the night before.
Made the pudding the early morning and then assembled the crumbled cake and other layers. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
OPTIONS: Instead of KAHLUA the next time I will add a little peppermint or almond extract to either the cake batter or in the cool whip or pudding.
