Ingredients


    2 Whole wheat english muffins - Cut in half
    1 6.5 oz. can tuna in water - drained
    3/4 Cup cole slaw mix
    1-1/2 Tbs. Light Mayo
    1 Tbs. Dijon Mustard
    1 Tbs. Dill Weed - dried
    ! green onion sliced
    1/3 C. Reduced fat cheddar cheese shreads
    Pepper to taste

Directions

Mix together Mayo, Dijon mustard and Dill Weed in med bowl. Add drained tuna flaking it, cole slaw mix and green onion. Mix well.

Lightly toast english muffins. Place tuna mixture onto each half dividing it equally. Top with cheddar cheese and broil 4 inches from element in oven or toaster oven for 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
