Ingredients

    3lbs Chicken Breast
    1 can Bush Black Beans
    16 oz jar Pace Chunky Salsa
    1 pkg Taco Seasoning, Nueva Cocina Taco Fresco
    1.5 cup Chicken Broth
    2 cups Frozen Corn

Directions

Place salsa in crockpot add taco seasoning mix well. Add black beans and chicken, spoon sauce over tops of chicken to cover. Cook 4-6 hours on low heat. Makes 8-12 servings.

Serving Ideas:
Shread chicken and put in torilla with 2 tbls sauce mix. Yields about 12 tortillas

Spoon 1/2 cup sauce over baked potato or brown rice then add 4 oz of sliced chicken.

    I made this for dinner tonight! Delicious! I added a large can diced tomatoes, double the taco seasoning, 1 tsp. cumin & 1/2 can of green chilies! I served it over brown rice and it was very filling. My family loved and said please make it again! - 3/23/10

    Very Good
    I used chicken breast & thighs and shredded after cooking. Also added about 1 tsp cumin and fresh lime juice at the end of the cooking. This was easy and very versatile. We had ours with corn tortillas and toppings but tonight the leftovers will be over rice. - 5/6/09
