Ingredients

    1/2 cup of frozen fruit (any kind)

Directions

Put frozen fruit in blender, add 8oz of nonfat milk, 1 small container of yogurt, can substitute 2 Tbsp of Orange Juice Concentrate for the 1/4c of Pineapple Juice. Add 1 Tbsp of Flax seed (optional) and 1 Tbsp of Wheat Germ. Blend and enjoy. Makes about 24 oz

    this receipe is one of the best, so refreshing. The flax seed is so good to lower the cholesterol and for the fiber. This smoothie is very good in a very hot day and for breakfast. - 7/5/07
