Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    4 medium yukon gold potatos- diced
    4 roma tomatos or 2 medium tomatos- diced
    1/2 head of large cabbage- chopped
    2 cans Swanson reduced sodium beef broth
    1 cup sweet corn fresh or frozen
    1 package (14 oz) Hillshire Farms Smoked Beef susage- cubed
    1 tsp Chef Leo's Camp Stew seasoning (chefleo.com)
    1 tsp salt
    water

Directions

Add all ingredient into large stock pot and add water until almost covered.
Bring to boil
Boil for 20 minutes
Reduce to a simmer for another 10-20 minutes until potatos/cabbage is soft

Makes about 18, 1-cup servings
