    1 box Instant Sugar Free Butterscotch Pudding
    1 cup Fat Free Milk
    1 cup Lowfat Plain Yogurt

Directions

With blender, mix all three ingreients 2 minutes. Place in refrigerator. Begins to set up in only 5 minutes.
