Ingredients

4 medium size raw potatoes cut in to inch size cubes
1 cup chopped onion
3 chopped garlic cloves
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon coriander (cilantro) powder
1 teaspoon tumeric
1 teaspoon chili powder
salt to taste (I don't bother)
Directions
Makes 4 portions
Spray an oven dish with pam
Mix the spices together in a little bowl.
Dice two medium size potatoes and put them in the oven dish mix in the onion and garlic then sprinkle over the seasoning and mix in until all is coated. Sprinkle over the spices and stir round until all the potatoe pieces have a light coatig. Season with salt, pepper.
Drizzle with the olive oil and put in the oven for 30 - 40 minutes until the potato pieces are tender and crispy brown.
