Introduction
This is a bit of a mish mash/trial and error. I took the group recipes http://www.grouprecipes.com/sr/27824/tofu-vegan-french-toast/recipe/ and added in some protein. I didn't have banana so I subbed applesauce. It's a bit mushy but still yummy! If you use less bread and just pour a ton of batter over one slice it's like a big pancake french toast. Ingredients

1lb pack of Nasoya Silken Tofu
1/2 cup water
1/4cup Whole Wheat Unbleached Flour
2 scoops vanilla Labrada Pro V60 protein
1/3 cup natural unsweetened Applesauce
1 Tbsp mrs butterworth sugar free maple syrup
4 slices Healthy Life 35 Calorie 100% Whole Wheat Bread
Directions
1. Blend all ingredients except the bread in a blender or food processor.
2. Soak the bread in the mixture
3. spray a frying pan with Pam or no calorie butter spray
4. plop down the soaked bread slice then pour more batter over it to almost make a whole big pancake
5. repeat with remaining bread.
6. if you have extra batter left, add more bread (but do adjust the calorie count)
Optional: top with more SF maple syrup, berries, cool whip, chocolate chips etc! Yum
