Ingredients

    1 pounds red potatoes (cubed)
    1 pound turnips (cubed)
    1/4 cup orange juice
    4 tbsp fat free sour cream
    4 tbsp margarine
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    1/2 tsp ground ginger

Directions

1. Boil potatoes and turnips until soft.
2. Mash with hand masher.
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
