    2 Haddock Fillets (about 1lb total)
    1 tbsp Hellman's low fat mayo
    1/4 cup bread crumbs (I like to use whole wheat)
    2 tbsp fresh Parmesean Cheese
    2 lemon wedges
    Salt & Pepper to taste
    1 tsp parsley
    Non-fat Cooking Spray


Preheat Broiler

Spray pan with non-fat cooking spray

Salt & Pepper haddock.
Top each with 1/2 tbsp of mayo.
Mix breadcrumbs parmesean cheese, and parsely. Sprinkle over fillets.

Broil on high for 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve with 1 wedge of lemon.

You'll notice that I'm calculating about 8oz of fish per person, this is because we mainly eat protein/veggies at dinner. This can easily be done with whatever portion you desire.
