Introduction

I adapted this recipe from Cooking Light. It was originally for BBQ Beef but I made it with pork since that's what I had. We like to serve it with coleslaw on top. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 lbs pork loin
    5 tbs brown sugar
    3/4 tsp black pepper
    1 C chopped onion
    1 Can Diced Tomatoes, Italian style
    3 tbs worcestershire sauce
    3 tbs molasses
    3 tbs cider vinegar
    1 tbs chili powder
    1 tbs garlic powder
    1 tsp ground mustard
    1 tsp cumin
    1/2 tsp salt
    6 Arnolds multi grain sandwich rounds

Directions

Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours. Shred pork and place on Bun.
Makes 6 servings
