Even my kids liked this! I altered it a little in that I added diced apple, cinnamon, and vanilla to give it a little flavor. I like the fact that you can mix it up the night before to save time in the morning. - 10/25/07

    Very Good
Fluffy and crispy as promised. However, although I used a 1/2 c measuring cup, I got only 9 waffles. I didn't use a mixer -- could that have had something to do with it? Very filling -- 2 waffles plus a glass of milk is plenty, even for my husband. My waffles had nice hint of sourdough flavor. - 2/20/10
