Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cans Mushroom Soup
    2 cups shredded light cheese
    200 grams Schneiders Old Fashioned Ham, cubed
    1/2 of a 1 kg package of broccoli (or broccoli and cauliflower), thawed and chopped
    1/2 package frozen spinach, thawed and wringed out
    2 cups cooked Minute Brown Rice

Directions

In a saucepan, warm the soup and 1 cup of cheese until the cheese is melted. Mix the soup mixture with the ham, veggies and rice. Put in a casserole dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake in the oven at 350F for about 30 minutes until warmed through and cheese is melted.
