Introduction

I boiled a whole chicken and put some pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder in water. Then I took the skin and bones out. I can't say how many servings approximate it is, but roughly it would be about 10 if you eat 1 cup. I boiled a whole chicken and put some pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder in water. Ingredients

1.5 cups of raw celery diced
1.5 cups of raw carrots sliced
    1 large Onion
1 box of reduced sodium chicken broth + the broth from the chicken that boiled
    1 bag of egg noodles
    Roasting Chicken boned, and skinned

Directions

First you need to boil your chicken in some water, add the seasonings with it. After it is cooked and it has cooled off start peeling the skin off and throwing away the bones. If you want to use already skinless and boneless you can, but whole chickens give the soup more flavor. After you have peeled the skin and bones out cut up your veggies and throw the chicken, broth, veggies together in a pot, or slow cooker. Make sure the veggies are tender before you add the noodles, because the noodles will soak up the broth. If you have leftovers add a little water to it.

It makes 10 1 cup servings approximately.
