  • This recipe does not say, but it must have been made with atlantic salmon. Pink salmon has about 8 grams of fat for 6 ounces. - 12/4/10

I modified the recipe and realized that it was pretty fattening. Sorry it took mw such a long time to check back. Using EVOO flavored spray really makes a difference calorie wise

  • This was very good! I love baked salmon, and although I was missing some of the ingredients, It turned out very well. I substituted fresh squeezed lime juice for the lemon juice and ate it on a bed of baby greens. I bet it would be great on whole grain pasta! - 6/21/08

  • It is good if you like the basil flavor. I did not enjoy the basil, so i omitted it. Other than that salmon is excellent with lemon for the tartness, its very tasty. - 4/25/08
