Ingredients

    2 cups goat milk
    2 Medium Eggs
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

Mix cornstarch and sugar in milk with wire whisk, using a large bowl. Beat eggs and add to milk mixture, mixing well. Microwave on High for 3 minutes. then whisk thoroughly. Cook 3 more minutes and stir again. Cook until pudding has thickened. Add vanilla when pudding has thickened and whisk. Eat hot or cold
